When you come up to an enemy surrounded by trees or anything else you can use for cover, have your or your partner show him or herself quickly, maybe shoot off a few rounds, then the other person slowly sneaks behind the trees/cover, then when he/she gets a good shot angle, the flanking one shoots first in bursts, and your partner shoots continually until your enemy is stucken down.
This works because your opponents attention is drawn to your partner, making you less noticable to him, while you snipe him in the back of the head.
